Black-tailed Deer at jumpout
WSDOT completed a fish barrier correction project by replacing a culvert with a bridge. Fencing, wildlife guards and jumpouts were part of the project. This deer was making a valiant attempt to enter the right-of-way using a jumpout. Fortunately, it appears to have been a failed attempt.
